EWN Presents Networking Speaker

WESTPORT — Networking strategies that will grow a business will be presented by speaker Marie Shepard at the Entrepreneurial Woman’s Network at a luncheon on Wednesday, April 21, from noon to 2 pm at the Peppermill Restaurant, 1700 Post Road East. Her topic will be “Never Eat Lunch Alone: How to Master Networking to Build Up Your Business.”

The event is informal, and will be tailored toward entrepreneurs and professionals. Ms Shepard will share her strategies on how to develop and grow a network of leads for one’s business. Continually meeting people is key, and Ms Shepard will demonstrate how to find opportunities to encounter new contacts and keep in touch with them to form a massive and effective network.

Ms Shepard is a member of the National Speakers Association, the New England Speakers Association, and is the founder of TGIM (Thank God It’s Monday), an association designed to help people clarify and achieve work that they love.

Cost is $37.50 for nonmembers and $25 for members, with an additional $5 walk-in charge without reservation. Checks may be made payable to EWN April Luncheon, and mailed to EWN, PO Box 683, Westport, CT 06881-0683. Include name, business name, address, phone number, and email address.
