 The History Of Jewish Dating
SOUTHBURY Â â Jewish Communities of Western Connecticut is offering a fun and light-hearted two-part class on the history of Jewish dating. The classes will be held on Monday evenings, April 19 and 26, from 7 to 8 pm each week, at The Walzer Family Jewish Community Campus, 444 Main Street North.
The class is open to the public and all are welcomed.
âYou donât have to be Jewish or single to participate,â promises Cindy Sevell.
A Jewish Singles professional, Ms Sevell will be sipping champagne and passing out chocolate kisses to her students during this delightful journey into this quintessential topic. Ms Sevell will share the interesting and humorous history of Jewish matchmaking and will update the class on current trends in the contemporary world of Jewish singles.
Participants will discover how the latest innovations of speed dating and Internet dating have infiltrated the Jewish matchmaking game.
Cindy Seville, affectionately known as âMs Match,â is the owner of Cindyâs Singles. She is the past director of the Stamford JCC Singles Program.
