Neiman Joins Prudential’s Newtown Office

Sandy Neiman has transferred to Prudential Connecticut Realty’s Newtown Office. An 18-year resident of Newtown, Mr Neiman brings to his hometown office 30 years of marketing and senior management experience, including commercial real estate and mortgage banking.

He recently received the National Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, which is an adjunct to Prudential’s Full Service Active Adult Counseling Team.

Mr Neiman continues to be part of Prudential’s Land & New Construction Division. His current projects include both active adult communities and traditional subdivisions throughout Connecticut and in Dutchess County, N.Y.

As a full service realtor he “places the highest value on listening” to his clients’ needs, whether the transaction is an individual home or guidance through a development’s process.
