Pulte Homes sold its new construction at 362 Eagle Court, Oxford, to Irene and Allan Leslie formerly of Floral Park, N.Y.

The property was sold by Jill Wolowitz of Prudential Connecticut Realty.

Attorney Eric Janney of Groton represented the sellers and attorney Michael Nahoum of Newtown represented the buyers.

Linda and David Elsenhans sold their home at 46 Bradley Lane to Shiladitya Ray, formerly of San Diego, Calif.
