DUI Crash
About 10 pm April 11, motorist Richard Boritz, 56, of 30 Still Hill Road, who was driving a 2003 Subaru sedan southward on South Main Street, stopped at a red traffic signal near the entrance to Sand Hill Plaza, police said.
Boritz was then struck from behind by southbound motorist Sharon Engstrom, 56, of Monroe, who was driving a 2002 Subaru station wagon, police said. There were no injuries.
Police charged Engstrom with driving under the influence and with traveling an unreasonable distance apart. Police released Engstrom on $100 bail for an April 25 court appearance.
