Shirley Ferry and James Wilhelmy were married on March 14 in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, BWI, with Pastor Leslie Myers officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Mr and Mrs William Ferry of Newtown.

The groom is the son of Robert Wilhelmy of Florida and the late Rita A. Wilhelmy.

The matron of honor was Sue Wilhelmy of Weston. Robert Wilhelmy, Jr, of Weston was best man.

The bride graduated from Newtown High School and Albertus Magnus College. She is a manufacturing planner for Dade Behring.

The groom graduated from Staples High School and Oglethorpe University. He is chief financial officer of IBC Construction.

Following a wedding trip to Turks and Caicos Islands, Mr and Mrs Wilhelmy are residing in Shelton.
