Series On Managing Diabetes

WATERBURY — Waterbury Hospital is offering a four-week series, “Living Well with Diabetes,” that will teach individuals how to balance their diet, activities, and medication.

This class is helpful for the recently diagnosed or someone who has been coping with diabetes for a while. The focus in on learning techniques for living with this chronic condition and preventing additional complications.

Classes will meet Thursdays, April 30, May 7 through 21, from 2 to 4 pm in the Medical Staff Conference Room, second floor of the hospital. Cost of the four-week series is $25. For more information or to register, call 203-573-7385.
