Children’s Art Classes At NMS

The spring schedule of Paint, Draw, & More! children’s drawing classes with Susan Jackason will begin April 27 at Newtown Middle School.

Classes will meet on Wednesday afternoons until June 1. Classes are held from 4 to 5 pm for ages 5-8, and 5 to 6 pm for ages 9-13.

Children will learn to draw in a non-judgmental, nurturing environment. They will use a variety of materials to draw what they see and to enhance their drawings with their own creative ideas.

Drawing concepts like design, shading and perspective will all be taught. All materials are included.
