Vivian Adele Stickney

Vivian Adele (Brown) Stickney, 93, of Meriden, died on April 4 in her home.

She is survived by a son, William H. Brown, Jr, and his wife, Carol, of Sandy Hook.

Born in Redding, she enjoyed art and was a member of the Monroe Seniors Art Program.

Predeceased by her first husband, William H. Brown, Sr, and her second husband, Norman Stickney, she is survived by another son, David Brown and his wife, Irene, of Newington; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service was held April 7 at Monroe Center Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.

Arrangements were entrusted to the Lesko-Miner Funeral Home, 155 Main Street (Route 25) in Monroe.
