Helen Feuerberg

Helen Feuerberg, 79, of Bridgeport, died April 5 at Cambridge Manor of Fairfield.

She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Dr Robert and Sally Feuerberg of Newtown.

Mrs Feuerberg was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., daughter of the late Abraham and Ida (Friedman) Siegel, and was a graduate of the School of Professional Arts in New York City with a degree in advertising design.

Mrs Feuerberg was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, and was an accomplished athlete and artist. She took delight in creating her own clothing, much of which was one of a kind and was admired by all. Mrs Feuerberg was predeceased by her husband, Dr Leo Feuerberg, in 1966.

She is survived by another son and daughter-in-law, Dr Kenneth and Ilene Feuerberg of Trumbull; a sister, Dorothy Brummel of Florida; her grandchildren, Mandy, Daniel, and Rebecca Feuerberg; and nephews, Mark and Michael Brummel.

Services will be private at the request of her family.

The Abraham L. Green and Son Funeral Home is in care of the arrangements.
