Top Students Congratulated

To the Editor:

Congratulations to Newtown High School’s Clair Ober and Elise DeRoo for their achievements of being this years’ valedictorian and salutatorian respectively.

I enjoyed reading the March 28 article in The Bee about their activities and their goals.

In the article I did miss seeing the names of their parents. The families of these young women must certainly have supported and encouraged their excellence.

My congratulations to them as well.
