Bridle Lands Association Meetings April 15
Bridle Lands Association Meetings April 15
The Newtown Bridle Lands Association invites the public to its Annual Membership Dinner at 7 pm on April 15 at the Meeting House. Founded in 1978, the NBLA offers opportunities for those dedicated to trail riding, hunter paces, learning about equine care, training and meeting people who share these interests.
Love horses? Trails? The NBLA will hold a second meeting, open to the public, on April 15, at 7:30 pm.
The meeting will be on in the lower meeting room of Newtown Meeting House, 31 Main Street. Free supper is included.
You donât have to own a horse or live in Newtown to become a member of this âgrassrootsâ organization dedicated to equines and trails. Whether you are an equestrian, mountain-biker, cross-country skier or hiker, this is a great opportunity to find out more about the group, its goals and meet others who share an interest in preserving open space and trails. The Newtown Bridle Lands Association hosts a number of events throughout the year, including educational seminars, trail rides and a hunter pace in October. The association welcomes new members and offers single person or family memberships.
Call 788-3213 if you are coming to be sure there is enough food.
