Family Trees  Craft Program

DERBY — The Kellogg Environmental Center and Osborne Homestead Museum will offer a family craft program called “Family Trees” on Saturday, April 12.

Using actual tree twigs, participants will create models of their own family trees. The fun, hands-on program will combine history, nature, and families.

Tours of the recently renovated Osborne Homestead Museum will also be offered.

The program will run from 10:30 am to noon, and its fee is $3 per person. Registration is required; call 734-2513.

The Osborne Homestead Museum and Kellogg Environmental Center, operated by DEP’s Office of Communications and Education, are at 500 Hawthorne Avenue, just off Route 34.
