Phoebe Lott

Kathryn R. Krecker of Middlebury and David C. Lott of Newtown have announced the engagement of their daughter, Phoebe Ryland Lott, to Brandon Kyle Gauthier, son of George and Nancy Gauthier of Shreveport, La.

Ms Lott is a 2002 graduate of Newtown High School. She graduated with a BA is psychology from Elon University in North Carolina in 2006, and is currently in a master’s program studying mental health and behavioral medicine at Boston University.  She resides in Boston.

Mr Gauthier, a resident of Manhattan, is a PhD candidate studying history at Fordham University in the Bronx. He also was a member of the Class of  2006 at Elon University and graduated in 2002 from Loyola College Preparatory in Shreveport, LA.

An October 2010 wedding on Martha’s Vineyard is planned.
