Womenâs Slo Pitch Softball

Youth Lacrosse Coaches Sought
The Newtown Youth Lacrosse Association is searching for coaches (head and assistant) for the spring season. A head coach is needed at the Boys 7th/8th âBâ level and assistants are needed at the Boys 7th/8th and 5th/6th âBâ level. Youth Basketball Board Meeting
The Newtown Parks and Recreation Youth Basketball Board will meet on Monday, April 5, at 7:30 pm in room A12 of the Newtown Middle School. All interested parties are encouraged to attend.

Namath/Dockery Football Camp
The Joe Namath/John Dockery Football Camp will run from June 27 through July 2 at Nichols College in Dudley, Massachusetts. National Football League players expected to participate include Anthony Becht and Kareem McKenzie of the Jets; Wayne Lucier and Dhani Jones of the Giants; Damon Huard, Antwan Harris and Deion Branch of the Patriots.The camp is open to players ages 8 to 18. Pop Warner Football/Cheerleading Signups
The Newtown Pop Warner Football/Cheerleading program will hold registrations for the 2004 season on Saturday, May 8, from 9 am to 12 noon, in the Newtown High School cafeteria.
