An Afternoon Tea is being planned for Saturday, April 29, at Newtown United Methodist Church.

The public is invited to join Newtown United Methodist Church NUMC’s Missions & Outreach Committee members, who are coordinating the event, from 1 to 2:30 pm.

Tickets are $15 and include unlimited tea, finger sandwiches and tasty sweets; gluten-free options will be available. Live music will be performed by John Voket.

Space is limited to 50 guests.

Proceeds will benefit the church’s mission and outreach efforts.
