DUI Arrest

Police said that at about 12:48 am on March 29, they stopped motorist Mary Guinness, 39, of Danbury on Mt Pleasant Road, near its intersection with Violette Road, to investigate.

Police report they charged Guinness with driving under the influence and with making a restricted turn.

After processing, police released Guinness on $100 bail for an April 12 appearance in Danbury Superior Court.

Violation

After learning that police held a warrant for his arrest, Matthew Gray, 24, of Bethel went to the police station about 1 pm on March 28 and was charged with violation of probation, police said.

After processing, police released Gray on $500 bail for a March 29 court appearance.

Multiple Charges

Police said that they observed motorist Alexa Larsen, 44, of 123 Lakeview Terrace driving on Currituck Road at about 10 am on March 28 and realized that there were two pending arrest warrants against her, so they stopped her to investigate.

Initially, police charged Larsen with driving with a suspended license. Based on the two pending warrants, police charged her with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, two counts of driving an unregistered vehicle, one count of breach of peace, and one count of criminal trespassing.

Police said they held Larsen on $1,100 bail for a March 29 court appearance.
