Warrant
Police said that midday on March 26, they arrested Michael Morrison, 26, of 134 Underhill Road on a warrant at the police station, charging him with failure to respond to an infraction stemming from initial charges of littering and simple trespassing.
Because Morrison did not respond to a past infraction, police received an arrest warrant against him in the case. Police released Morrison on $35 bail for an April 10 appearance in Danbury Superior Court.
Failure to Appear
Midday on March 26, police said they charged Barbara OâReilly, 30, of Bristol on warrant at the police station.
Police arrested OâConnor on two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court stemming from single past counts of speeding, driving with a suspended license, and failure to have automotive insurance.
After processing, police released OâReilly on $500 bail for an April 10 court appearance.
Arrest Warrant
Police report that on the night of March 26, they arrested Robert Coffey, 28, of Waterbury on a warrant listing charges of sixth-degree larceny and fraudulent use of an automatic teller machine.
Police said they arrested Coffey at a Sandy Hook Center address after learning that Coffey was there.
The warrant stemmed from a police investigation into a January 3 complaint, police said.
Police held Coffey on bail for arraignment on the charges on March 27 in Danbury Superior Court. Coffey is next scheduled to appear in court on April 3 to enter pleas to the charges.
