Etiquette, Protocol Specialist Karen Wolf To Speak Locally
The Working Womenâs Forum, an association of local professionals and entrepreneurs, will feature Karen Wolf as the speaker at its April 9 meeting, 6 pm at The Villa Restaurant, Sandy Hook. Ms Wolf, who was trained and certified by The Protocol School of Washington, the leader in etiquette and protocol services, specializes in teaching the accepted forms, manners, protocols and rules required in conducting business, in an office, dining out, or in social functions.
Her topic of discussion will be, âAre Your Manners Helping You, or Hurting You Professionally?â She will discuss how to distinguish yourself from competition, make an entrance and work the room, handshaking â the ultimate greeting â and introducing yourself and others with ease.
The program fee including dinner is $25 for members, and $35 for nonmembers, with a cash bar. The group will be accepting canned food, personal health, and beauty items for the Newtown Food Pantry.
