Yoga Classes At Avance Esthetiques

Several different yoga classes will be taught in April by Rose Bergen, a certified yoga instructor, at Avance Esthetiques Day Spa in the Sand Hill Plaza on Route 25.

There will be a four-week series of classes from 6:15 to 7:15 pm and 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm on Tuesdays beginning April 1. The fee for each series is $50. There will be two Friday morning sessions, April 4 and 11, on breathing; the fee is $30.

A special breast cancer survivor class will be held from 7 to 8:30 pm on Tuesday, April 10. The program is free but preregistration is required because space is limited.
