To Speak At Danbury Library
DANBURY â The public is invited to meet Henry Matalon, author of the recently published book The Home Buyerâs Companion: A No-Nonsense Guide to Saving Your Money, on Saturday, April 5, from 11 am to noon, in the Farioly Program Room of Danbury Library.
Mr Matalon is a resident of Danbury. He has been in the real estate industry for 20 years and has managed apartment buildings in the Los Angeles area ranging from 75 to 100 units each. He has also purchased numerous homes for his investment portfolio.
His 107-page book offers a step-by-step broad examination of different mortgages and of the often daunting process of purchasing a home.
