Three Garner Prisoners Arrested On Warrants
State police report that they served arrest warrants against three Garner Correctional Institution prisoners last week.
The arrests stem from various past incidents which state police investigated following complaints against the three men who are now incarcerated at the high-security prison at 50 Nunnawauk Road.
State police said they charged Jared Kelly, 20, with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening; they charged Daniel Molina Cotto, 41, with assault on a peace officer; they charged Carl Gemino, 66, with criminal attempt to commit fourth-degree sexual assault.
All three men were arraigned on March 16 in Danbury Superior Court on their respective charges. They are scheduled for upcoming court appearances in their cases.
