DUI Arrest

About 9:18 pm on March 23, police stopped motorist Alex Lopez, 36, of Danbury on Wasserman Way to investigate.

Police said they charged Lopez with driving under the influence, failure to drive to the right, and driving without a license.

Police said they held Lopez on $500 bail for a March 24 court arraignment on the charges.

DUI Incident

Police said that motorist Hunter Fein, 24, of Pennsylvania was driving a 2008 Honda Accord sedan near 80 Taunton Lake Road about 1 am on March 24, when the vehicle went out of control and struck a rock.

After investigating, police said they charged Fein with driving under the influence and failure to drive to the right on a curve.

Police held Fein on $200 bail for a court arraignment on the charges later that day.
