Preparing An Effective Business Plan

SHELTON — SCORE Greater Bridgeport will offer a no-fee workshop “Preparing A Business Plan” on Wednesday, April 6, at the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce Office, 900 Bridgeport Avenue, Shelton, at 6:30 pm.

Since the success rate for new businesses is low, developing and following a business plan is one of the best ways to reduce the risks and proceed on a path to success. The speaker, Bill McLeod, will cover the basics of preparing this critical guidance document for small business. He will discuss creating the marketing, financial, and operational plans and will answer questions about the process.
