Dorothy Roos, a longtime resident of Newtown, passed away March 11, at the age of 78, in Keene, N.H., after a lengthy illness.

Born March 1, 1947, in Danbury, Dorothy was a daughter of the late Frank and Fredericka (Freddie) Roos.

Dorothy is survived by her two sons, Adam Cullis and Allen Moore; three siblings Dennis, Donna and David Roos; a granddaughter, grandsons, and nieces and nephews.

Arrangements were entrusted to Cheshire Family Funeral Home. No services to be held.
