What is your business background? “I’ve been over 10 years in the restaurant business. The last couple years, I used to own my own business, and now I move on to this business, which is bigger. The restaurant business is a bigger opportunity, and this is something I really like.”

What is your business’ focus? “First of all to provide a good service and food. We’re always going to always try to stay on top, to bring nightlife in Newtown, like to stay open late … [we are] focused on the bar after hours.”

What is something important to you that readers should know about your business? “A lot of people, they still recognize this place as the Red Rooster Pub, we have a totally new kitchen staff, totally new wait staff, totally new establishment. It’s everything new. We are going to try and bring family back, we are a family-friendly restaurant … We are here for customers, not customers for us.”

Hours: Kitchen is open Sunday-Saturday, 11:30 am-10 pm, bar stays open until 1 am Sunday-Thursday, and 2 am on Friday and Saturday.
