The Newtown High School Youth Field Hockey Camp, directed by Newtown coaches Ellen Goyda and John Savage, will take place at Treadwell Park, 47 Philo Curtis Road, April 11-15 (Monday through Friday) from 9 to 11 am. Camp is open to ages 7-15, and younger players will also be accepted.

The camp will introduce elementary students to the game of field hockey; students will have fun discovering the game of field hockey. Middle School students will be given instructions about the game concepts and skills. For those more experienced players, this camp helps elevate their skills and understanding of the game of field hockey. Athletes will be grouped based on age and skill level. Newtown is coming off a conference championship season.
