Watch Obama Like A Hawk

To the Editor:

Obama doesn’t want you knowing about this, so he released it last Friday, just before the weekend. This is The National Defense Resources Preparedness Act. By executive order, Obama has taken The Defense Production Act of 1950 and expanded it to give himself unprecedented powers in case of a perceived “threat.” Obama has given himself the ability to decide what a “threat” is, and he answers to no one! Part VIII, Sec. 801 defines what can come under Obama’s control.

a. Civil transportation — everything, regardless of ownership

b. Energy — the production, conservation, use, control, and distribution (including pipelines) of all forms of energy

c. Farm Equipment — equipment, machinery and repair parts for use on farms for the production of food resources

d. Fertilizer

e. Food resources — All commodities and products that are capable of being ingested by humans or animals. Also, bottled water and all raw food ingredients.

f. Food resource facilities — all plants, machinery, vehicles (including on farm) and anything for the production, processing, distribution, and storage of food resources

g. Water resources — means all usable water, from all sources, within the United States...

There are many more things that are cited in this executive order giving Obama huge powers never before under potential Presidential control!

I agree with Mark Levin, known as “The Great One” to those of us who value his expertise as a true Constitutional lawyer. Mr Levin is very “troubled” at what the order says and what is inside it. This can be abused in the wrong hands, and gives a lot of power to the President. Already we know that Obama doesn’t respect the Constitution, so what will he do with all this extra power he has given himself? Very troubling, indeed!

Americans will have to continue to watch Obama’s every move like a hawk. He obviously is a “legend in his own mind,” and as such, his self-serving actions must always be carefully scrutinized. It is my hope, and the hope of tens of millions of others, that Obama is swept from office in November and this country starts to put itself back together again as America! We have learned that when we look away, the “rats” will take over!
