Plan Distributions

A.G. Edwards will hold a free seminar at 2 pm on April 8 for persons who are retiring or leaving their jobs and receiving retirement plan distributions. The seminar will be held at The Homesteads at Newtown, 166 Mt Pleasant Road.

Persons attending the seminar will learn more about IRA rollovers and the impact of taxes.

Mark J. Simms, financial consultant at A.G. Edwards, will explain how taxes can affect a retirement benefit, techniques for dealing with large plan distributions, and which investments are better suited for persons in this situation.
