Emily Galerneau Williams to David W. Gulick

Mr and Mrs Gordon Michael Williams of Newtown announce the engagement of their daughter, Emily Galerneau Williams, to David William Gulick, the son of Mr and Mrs Denny Gulick of Adelphi, Md.

Miss Williams is a graduate of Newtown High School and Dickinson College, Carlisle, Penn., with a bachelor of arts in French. She has a master of arts in elementary education from the University of Bridgeport and is now a first grade teacher in Pittsburg, Calif.

Mr Gulick, a graduate of Eleanor Roosevelt High School in Greenbelt, Md., has a bachelor of science in aerospace engineering from the University of Virginia and a master of science in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley. He is presently a mathematics teacher at Philip and Sala Burton High School in San Francisco.

A June 2003 wedding is planned in Danbury.
