Junior Mints vs Chili Peppers: For the Mints, Jackie Matthews and Lauren Ankers led the offense while Olivia Hage and Danny Otero were tough on defense. For the Peppers, Annika Brady and Rachel Phillips led the offense and Teresa Forlenzo and Alison Kelleher were aggressive on defense.
Cheese Doodles vs Blue Storm: For the Doodles, Kira Smith and Lauren Carrino led the offense and Danielle Powell and Jenna Gonski were great on defense. For the Storm, Sophie Muzzio and Katie McCabe led the offense while Kendra Saunders and Grace Pettinelli were strong on defense.
Dynamites vs Yellow Jackets: For the Dynamites, Rebecca Gavel and Sarah Houle were the leaders on offense and Ashley Santore and Catherine Shaw were aggressive on defense. For the Jackets, Alexis Mason and Abby Pereira led the offense while Julia Haskins and Carolina Stubbs were tough on defense.
Lightning vs Purple People Eaters: For the Lightning, Abby Pearson and Cory Mangold led the offense while Sarah Dowling and Kristen Cirone were solid on defense. For the Purple People Eaters, Camryn Findley and Courtney Carroll led the offense while Lucy Scarangella and Larkin Huffman were strong on defense.
Grade 4
Blue Lightning 16, Wildcats 10: Ashley Lynch, Nicki Zaccaro, Jesse Maturo and Caroline Coporale all scored key baskets throughout the game to lead the Blue Lightning to an exciting come-from-behind victory to end a successful season. Lauren King, Lexi Barra, Caitlin White and Natalie Shaker all led a great defensive effort, especially in the fourth quarter. Tessa Leon-Gambetta and Cassidy Datin each scored 4 points for the Wildcats. Grace Frost controlled the boards and Kayla OâSullivan played a strong overall game.
Tigers 20, Piranhas 9: The Tigers finished the season with a 9-1 record. Lucy Helgren, Hailey Conrad and Chloe Kasak led a balanced attack as all seven of the Tigers scored. Madeliene Manfredonia led the team in rebounds and Isabelle Pryor contributed a couple of superb assists. Meghan Doyle and Lexie Raiano played tenacious defense. Jillian Pieretti led the Piranhas with 4 points as Colleen McCarthy controlled the offense from the point. Grace Larsen and Sarah Cizmazia supported the offense with a few nice assists. Briana Capozziello and Madeline Meier led the team in rebounding.
Comets 26, Blue Devils 11: Megan Goyda scored 10 points and Casey Muckell added 6 more to lead the Comets to victory. Katie Elkins played great defense for the Comets. Olyvia Shaw scored 10 points, aided by 3 assists from Claire Swanson for the Blue Devils. Diana Kirkman contributed 4 rebounds and Carly Kreshpan played overall tough defense.

Gray Sharks vs Orange Crush: For the Gray Sharks, Ryan Escoda, Christian Adams and Marc Carlson played well on offense. Jimmy Davies, Tanner Stergue, Logan Flynn and Chris Maturo played great on defense. For the Crush, Brooks Petershack, CJ Trivers and Brian Montoya scored for the offense. Jack Hannah, Anthony Lynch and Garrett Norberg were strong on defense.
Slammers vs Blue Falcons: For the Slammers, Rickie Mariani, Kyle Duval, Bobby Elston, Tom Coppinger and Ian Klepacki led the offense. Connor Legault, Jack Bittman, Brandon Giglio and Matt Jaeger excelled on defense. For the Blue Falcons, Bobby Ward, Will Archiere, Teddy Wojcik and Andres Schnelle were dominant on offense. On defense, Sterling Radisci, James Doyle, Gabriel Stewart and Brennan Mayer led the way.
Wizards vs Blue Knights: For the Wizards, Adam Bergeron, Michael Cotton, Cameron Champagne and Trevor Palmer led the way on offense, while John Auerbach, Jason Tahweh and Tommy Murray excelled on defense. For the Blue Knights, Harry Eppers, James Heran, Keenan Murphy, David Plouffe and Hunter Procaccini led the offense. Justin Kahn, James Hobar, Connor Hughes, Ben Nowacki, Wyatt Moyers and Michael Arena were strong on defense.
Ghostbusters vs Green Sharks: For the Ghostbusters, Mark Hall, Josh Dunn, Dylan Sock, Luke Melillo and Reed Hammond played great on offense. David Kohler, Andres Soxx, Grant Moxham and Kyle Roche played terrific on defense. For the Sharks, Shea Talbot, Ryan Mailloux, Harry Lucas and Jack Vaughan played great on offense. Evan Eggleston, Henry Vaughan, Ben Terry and Owen Rahr were strong on defense.
Gladiators vs Red Rockets: For the Gladiators, Liam Deakin, Carter McCleary and Cole Demirjian played great on offense. Trevor Bottom, Tristan Crone and Jamie Davis played terrific defense.For the Red Rockets, Aidan Moulder, Jack Dooley and Thomas Luciano played well on offense. Robert Murray, Griffin Cross and Adam Woolf were solid on defense.   Â
Knicks vs Gators: For the Gators, Shane Demers, James Schumacher and Eric Moore played well on offense. Nick Harper, Josh Harper and Jack Mulligan all played well on defense. For the Knicks, Justin Woodward, Ryan Burns and Michael Annesley led the way on offense. Ryan Williams, Trevor Tyrell and Matt Sadowski were strong on defense.       Â
 Yellow Bananas vs Blue Devils: For the Yellow Bananas, Nicholas Weiland, Alex Budd, Greg Brisette, Shane Powers and Ryan Kost were outstanding on offense. Austin Smith, Harvey Long, Danny Schreiber and Ayden Kasbarian were strong on defense. For the Devils, James Clifford, Zach Demeglio, Luke Barrett and Ethan Aug played great on offense. Brian VanderHave, Jacob Laros, Doug Carriero, Layton Harrell and Adam Farley played strong defense.
White Hawks vs Huskies: For the Huskies, Matt Dubois, Andrew DeLuca, Timmy Davis, Paul Samberg and Matt Gerbo were solid on offense. EJ Santayana, Jacob Duffy, Christian Lestik and Brian Buooncore played great on defense. For the White Hawks, Connor Dinallo, Riley McCafferty, Liam Jones and Owen Walsh controlled the offense. Ari Schwartz, Timmy McCarthy and Nathaniel Jones were great on defense.
Juniors (semifinals)
Tar Heels 42, Huskies 27: For the Tar Heels, Jake Feinstein was the high scorer with 15 points. Alex Romeo had 5 assists, Steve Rahr had 3 steals and Matt Rahtelli had 6 rebounds. For the Huskies, Pat Mullins was the high scorer with 10 points. Jack Lago had 6 assists and 7 points.
Heat 53, Gators 48: For the Heat the, Justin DeVellis was the high scorer with 28 points and Ruhit Ahsam added 13 points. Spencer Brindley had 4 assists and 3 steals, Ryan Rosnberger had 4 steals and John Meyers had 6 rebounds and 9 points. Kyle Gordon had 5 rebounds and 2 steals and Pat Corello contributed with strong defense. For the Gators, Pat Thornberg was the high scorer with 18 points and Stephan Conway had 14 points. Wes Morlock had 3 assists, Owen Gaston had 3 steals and Austin Hubbert had 8 rebounds.
Bantams
Wizards 38, Huskies 23: Steve Moccio and Thomas Cotton each had 12 points for the Wizards. Brandon Pavlicek had 3 assists and Austin DeSousa had 9 boards. Matt Clark had 12 points for the Huskies while Bryce Griffins had 4 assists, and Jordan Klein and Connor Brennan played outstanding defensive games. Â
Flaming Monkeys 21, Orange Fire 16: Graham Dowd, Quinn Hart and Colin Villamana combined for 14 points including a half-court shot by Villamana at the buzzer. Patrick Flynn was all over the ball with 5 steals and Jason Hebner had 7 rebounds. The Orange fire was led by Jack Lavelle with 6 points. Matthew Guinee had 4 assists, Brad Capeci had 5 steals and Tom Stanczyk had 8 rebounds.
Green Rockets 36, Gladiators 27: The Green Rockets were led by Michael Libertante with 12 points. Nicholas Lansing had 5 assists, Alex Dunleavy came up with 6 steals and Tim Jaeger had 6 rebounds. Matt Bucci had 13 and Austin Engler had 10 points for the Gladiators while William Gottschalck added 6 assists and Jack Palermo had 8 boards.
Men in Black 25, Red Devils 16: The Men in Black were led by Jacob Steinebrey with 9 points. Will Corbett had 5 assists while Noah Laferriere had an outstanding all-around game. Devon Covert had 6 steals and Mitchell Long had 8 boards. The Red Devils were led on offense by Austin Kasbarian with 6 points while Robert and Nick Lombardo played outstanding defense. Will Huegi had 8 steals and Taylor Koonz had 6 boards.
Grade 6 (semifinals)
Dragons 24, Nets 23: David Matthews and Robby Shcrieber combined for 14 points as the Dragons continued their run to the championship game. Bobby Lydon and Colton Moroney played great defense while Sean Kemsley and Rory Phillips were tough on both ends of the court. Tommy Rahr and David Csordas dominated theboards in the fourth quarter while Sawyer Conradâs aggressive play sparked the Dragonsâ late comeback. The Netsâ offense was led by Bobby Archiere and David Corsi who combined for 15 points. The team got strong rebounding from Aidan Petershack and Andrew King. Nate Dowd was the assist leader with 4, and Keaton McCleary and Scott Gregson handled the ball superbly in the backcourt. Steven Tramontozzi and Curtis Giles were the defensive stars with 3 steals apiece, and Ryan Szalay was all over the court with his trademark hustle.
Junkyard Dogs 38, Dunkeys 12: The Dogs continued their march to the championship using their dominating team defense against the physically imposing Dunkeys. Once again Nick âLightningâ Lottrechiano used his speed and uncanny court vision to lead the way. Lotrecchiano was top scorer with 12 points and added 8 steals. âBroadwayâ Joe Santella provided leadership at the point, dropped in 8 points and, along with Lotrecchiano, cut off any dribble penetration by the Dunkey guards. Big men âGraham Crackerâ Hubbert and Nick âRatâ Rubino combined for 12 points and controlled the paint against their much bigger opponents. Forest âThe Ultimate Teammateâ Speed provided the Dogsâ defensive versatility with his guarding ability. All season Speed has sacrificed personal glory by happily accepting the role of defensive stopper and rebounder. For the Dunkeys, Stephen Grasso had 10 points and Connor Miller added 2.
