Beloved Mother And Sister

Doris Marie (Emond) Twohey, 76, of Bethel, died March 9. She was the former wife of the late James J. Twohey. She was born in South Norwalk, December 29, 1932, a daughter of Raoul and Beatrice (Luneau) Emond.

She was a Bethel resident since 1960 and was a member of St Mary’s Church in Bethel.

Survivors include a son, Kieran Twohey and his wife, Anne, of Sandy Hook; four brothers; two sisters; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial mass will be celebrated at St Mary’s Church, Bethel, Thursday, April 2, at 10 am.

Memorial donations may be made to the St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
