NHS Swimmers Compete In State Championships

Newtown High School’s boys’ swimming and diving team competed in the Class L State Championships this week. The swimming trials were held at Yale in New Haven on March 13 and the finals were to have been held at Wesleyan University in Middletown on Wednesday (after The Bee sports section went to press).

The top Nighthawk swimmers and divers will advance to the State Open at Yale on Saturday, March 20.
