New Session Of New Beginnings

WASHINGTON — New Beginnings of Northwest Connecticut welcomes new members to join its next Bereavement Support Group, which meets Tuesday evenings at 5 pm. The next series will begin on March 29.

The group is designed for people who have lost a spouse, and are dealing with the sadness, loneliness, fear, and anger that accompanies that loss. It will be a closed group after the second week.

In weekly sessions, the group explores the stages of grief while working to heal the emotional and spiritual wounds resulting from the loss of a life partner.

The group is led by Pastor Cheryl Anderson of the church and another experienced facilitator from the New Beginnings Ministry.
