Homeowner Program On Trees And

Storm Damage

BURLINGTON – Chris Donnelly, a State Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) urban forester, will present a program for the homeowner on Saturday, March 15, at 9:30 am, on how to safely and correctly prune and repair tree damage from an ice storm.

The program will take place at Session Woods Wildlife Management Center on Route 68.

Mr Donnelly will discuss proper pruning, impact on trees, tree repairs, decisionmaking, when to call the experts, and chain saw and electrical safety. The program will include a short field trip and demonstrations.
