Alan Burdick

Alan Burdick, 68, of Cherry Street, Danbury, died March 7 at Danbury Hospital.

Alan was born September 6, 1934, in Danbury, son of Lois (Smith) Burdick and the late Leon Burdick.

Besides his mother of Danbury, Alan is survived by three brothers, Phillip of Danbury, Richard of Morris, and Francis of Danbury; three sisters, Sherry Powell of Sandy Hook, Fayleen Sauer of Waterbury, and Gail Niles of Spartonburg, S.C.; as well as two children, Alan and Sandra.

Alan was a lifetime member of the Danbury community. He was a veteran, serving with the US Air Force.

Cremation and interment will take place at the convenience of the family.

The Cornell Memorial Home, 247 White Street, Danbury, was in charge of arrangements.
