Police said they arrested Donald Brelling, 47, of New Milford on a warrant on the evening of March 11, charging him with violation of probation in connection with a 2005 case.

Police released Brelling on $1,000 bail for a March 25 court appearance.

Warrant

After learning that police held a warrant for his arrest, David Fuselier, 49, of Brookfield turned himself over to police at the police station on the night of March 11 and was arrested on charges of second-degree failure to appear in court, driving while under suspension, and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.

The original motor vehicle charges stem from a January 24 incident on Currituck Road, according to police.

Police released Fuselier on $500 bail for a March 25 court appearance.
