Chili Peppers vs Purple People Eaters: For the Peppers, Haley Harkins and Rylee Mulligan led the offense while Jenna Lavelle and Catherine Rizk were aggressive on defense. For the Purple People Eaters, Alex Futterman and Sarah Lindell led the offense while Lexi Leidlin and Lucy Scarangella were tough on defense.
Junior Mints vs Yellow Jackets: For the Mints, Brook Antous and Vanessa Tucker led the offense and Olivia Hage and Julia Doyle were strong on defense. For the Jackets, Jackie Gouveia and Emily Kraswickas led the offense while Alexandra Nuzzo and Alexis Mason played solid defense.
Lightning vs Storm: For the Lightning, Savannah Laferrire and Lauren Montague led the offense while Julia Bashak and Srephanie Helstern were stingy on defense. For the Storm, Nicole Lillis and Ashley Solomon were strong offensively while Caitlin Child and Carly Swierbut dominated the defense.
Dynamites vs Cheese Doodles: For the Dynamites, Ava Petrellese and Briana Castellano were unstoppable with the ball while Adelade Meier and Rebecca Gavel held the opponents at bay. For the Doodles, Rachel Tomasino and Danielle Powell were great on offense while Caroline Viselli and Isabella Fitzgerald were aggressive in defense
Grade 4 (Bantams)
The Wildcats 13, Blue Devils 10: Cassidy Datin led the Wildcats to victory by scoring 6 points and grabbing 10 rebounds. Allie Indelicato chipped in five points and Emily Bell had an outstanding game running the team from the point guard position. Grace Frost continued her strong play, grabbing 10 rebounds and blocking four shots. Emily Neave scored 6 points on a couple of nice assists from Erin Tressler. Rachel DâAusilio played strong defense for the Blue Devils while Madilyn Cole pulled down a number of key rebounds.
Comets 12, Piranhas 7: Bella Luciano scored 4 points and Camdyn Maroney chipped in 2 points as the Comets squeaked by the Piranhas. Lauren Cirone led the stifling defense for the Comets. Jillian Pieretti scored 6 points for the Piranhas. Kendra Dunnigan led the team in assists and Madeliene Meier contributed 3 rebounds
Wildcats 18, Blue Lightning 13: Meghan Doyle led the Wildcats to their eighth victory of the season by scoring 10 points. Chloe Kasak chipped in 4 points. Hailey Conrad led the defense by blocking a number of shots throughout the game. Nicole Zaccaro chipped in 6 points for the Blue Lightning. Caitlin White had 2 assists. On the defensive side of the ball Ashley Lynch shined. Caroline Corporale pulled down 6 rebounds.

Graham Dowd had 13 points for the Monkeys while Oliver Wood had 2 assists, Jason Hebner was all over the ball with 5 steals and Quinn Hart had 7 rebounds.
Men in Black 29, Orange Fire 12: The Men in Black were led by Chad Azzarito with 6 points. Spencer Burden had an outstanding all-around game. Dylan Kretz had 6 steals and Mitchell Long had 8 boards. The Orange fire was led by Matt Kretz with 6 points. David Usher had 4 assists, Phil Coffee had 5 steals and Jacob Anastasi had 10 rebounds
Green Rockets 16, Red Devils 12: The Green Rockets were led by Nick Lansing with 6 points. Robert Hutchins had 5 assists, Connery Mayer 6 steals and Cameron Mitchell had 6 rebounds. The Red Devils were led on offense by Austin Kasbarian with 6 points while Taylor Koonz and Dylan Cotese led the way on defense and Nick Lombardo had 8 steals.
Gladiators 38, Huskies 32: Matt Bucci had 22 for the Gladiators while Bryan Morrissey had 6 assists. Austin Engler had 5 steals while Jack Palermo had 8 boards. Owen McInerny had 12 points for the Huskies while Brian Kerins had 3 assists, Justin Ciceralli and Marc Lasorda played an outstanding defensive game.
Wizards 12, Men in Black 10: River Low had 6 points for the Wizards. Ben Dieckman had 3 assists and Zach Anderson had 6 steals while Austin DeSousa had 9 boards. The Men in Black were led by Joe Accousti with 6 points. Noah Laferriere had an outstanding all-around game. Devon Covert had 6 steals and Will Whitlock had 8 boards.
Orange Fire 24, Huskies 21: The Orange Fire was led by Jack Lavelle with 10 points. Matt Guinee had 4 assists, Bradley Capeci had 5 steals and Thomas Stanczyk had 10 rebounds. Owen McInerny had 11 points for the Huskies while Matt Clark had 3 assists, Evan Kohlsaat and Bryce Griffin played an outstanding defensive game.
Flaming Monkeys 35, Green Rockets 30: Graham Dowd had 18 points for the Monkeys while Colin Villamana had 4 assists, Jason Hebner had 5 steals and Oliver Wood had 7 rebounds. The Green Rockets were led by Michael Liberante with 8 points. Alex Dunleavy had 5 assists, Tim Jaeger added 6 steals and Matt Krasnickas had 6 rebounds.
Gladiators 29, Red Devils 28: Austin Engler scored 13 points for the Gladiators including the game-winner at the buzzer while Matt Bucci had 6 assists. Brendan Marcinek had 5 steals while Charles Romaro had 8 boards. The Red Devils were led on offense by Austin Kasbarian with 16 points while Gino Pagliaro and Nick Lametto led the way on defense and Will Huegi had 8 steals.
Grade 5 Playoffs
Celtics 35, Bruins 33: Jack Procaccini scored 9 points to lead the Celtics with Jake Oliger adding another 8 points. Nick Bourgeois led the team with 7 assists. George Salaris and Nick Samuelson combined on defense to create turnovers and rebounds to help their team in transition. Christian Thanasoulis scored 10 points to lead the Bruins with Kieran Lynch adding another 7 points. Gordon Walsh led the team with 5 assists. Andrew Svanda and Cole Terry provided some great defense with steals and rebounds to help keep the Bruins close throughout the game.
Wolfpack 33, Giants 32: Ryan Shaw scored 13 points to lead the Wolfpack in this very close game. James Frazzetta led the team from the point with 8 assists. Markus Wessel led the team in rebounds and Sam Czel created key turnovers with 5 steals. Declan Sullivan scored 12 points to lead the Giantsâ scorers with Tim VanderHave adding another 11 points. Nicholas Rohrbacher led the team with 7 assists. Jackson Cryder lead the team on defense with Andrew Drap leading the team with key rebounds on both ends.
Grade 6 Playoffs
Junkyard Dogs 44, Semi Pros 33: The Dogsâ run-and-gun style and relentless team defense proved to be too much to handle for the physical Semi Pros. Nick âLightningâ Lotrecchiano once again used his ball hawking defense and superior quickness to spearhead the Dog attack. Lotrecchiano dropped in 20 points while Chuck Huegi and Nick âRatâ Rubino combined for 14. Rubino and âGraham Crackerâ Hubbert worked tirelessly on the boards while Kyle âMickeyâ McGrath was a defensive thorn in the side to the Semi Pro guards. The Dogs advance to play the Dunkeys in next weekâs semifinals. For the Semi Pros, Conrad Morris, Harry DePuy and James Burdette each scored 8 points and Eric Gibbons dropped in 6 more while dominating the offensive boards. Jimmy Widmann, Michael Unschuld, Mark Dowling, Joe Stromsky and Tommy Shaker all played solid defensive games for the Semi Pros.
Dunkeys 46, Heat 43 (OT): Peter Manfredonia and Stephen Grasso led the scoring with 10 points each, Connor Miller had 9 points, and Alex Daignault and Wiley Zahansky had 6 points each. Chris Horkachuck and Mason Galanis played strong defense as did Carl Whippie in the Dunkeyâs full court press. Matt Bouton played tough defense and dominated the boards with 9 rebounds for the Heat. Erik Street led a typical balanced scoring attack with 12 points. Colin Reilly chipped in with 8 points, 4 assists, and 4 steals. Will Swain and Luke Rustici also played well for the Heat.
Nets 29, Celtics 21: Nate Dowd and Bobby Archiere led the offense for the Nets scoring 10 points each, as the entire team hustled all four quarters for the win. Aiden Petershack and Andrew King hauled down a combined 12 rebounds, as Ryan Szalayâs tough defense kept the lane off-limits. David Corsi fed Keaton Mcleary for a key second quarter basket after a steal by Stephen Tramontozzi. When the full court press showed up late in the game, Scott Gregson broke through the defense assisted by Curtis Gilesâ passing and picks. Playing well for the Câs on offense was Andrew âEnd-to-Endâ Craigan and Albert âAirmailâ Dean, who combined for 14 points in the front court attack. While on defense, CJ âThe Beastâ Dunn and Danny âThe Generalâ Colucci combined for 12 boards and 5 steals. âThe Beastâ also led the team in floor burns with his hustle during the game.
Dragons 32, Screaming Eagles 28: The Dragons playoff run continued as Robbie Schreiber led the Dragons on both ends of the court with aggressive play and excellent decision making. Rory Phillips, David Matthews and Sean Kemsley played suffocating defense while Colton Moroney, Tommy Rahr and David Csordas fought for every loose ball and dominated the boards. Sawyer Conrad, Deegan Beauchemin and Bobby Lydon all had key baskets in securing the Dragons second playoff win.The Screaming Eaglesâ great season came to a tough end but not before they nearly pulled off a huge comeback. The Screamers were led by Ryan Sullivanâs steady shooting that netted him 8 points. Bobby Silver had his best game of the year controlling the backboards with 10 rebounds and tough defense. Christian âThe Presidentâ Hoffman played his usual high- energy game and was in every play at both ends of the court. Andy DeWolfe chipped in with a great all around game, and Connor LeMay fought off an injured knee to provide an excellent floor game.
Juniors
Gators 37, Bullets 28: For the Gators, Wesley Morlock was the high scorer with 8 points. Sean Reilly had 3 assists, Owen Gaston had 3 steals and Pat Thornberg had 7 rebounds. Noah Sock sealed the game with 6 points down the stretch. For the Bullets, Tyler Gibney was the high scorer with 8 points. Chris Carroll was the assist leader, Jim Leidlein was the defensive star.
Huskies 56, Knicks 45: For the Huskies Pat Mullins was the high scorer with 25 points. Jack Lago had 7 assists. Incredible defensive efforts were turned in by Andre Ruscoe, Jack Lago and Grant Ricketts. For the Knicks, Shay DeMarche was the high scorer with 10 points. Matt White, Robbie Hughes and Patrick Riccardi each scored 8 points.Â
Tar Heels 34, Bricklayers 30: For Tar Heels, Jake Feinstein was the high scorer with 12 points. Drew Tarantino had 5 assists, Ben Payne had 3 steals and Steve Roche had 10 rebounds. Steve Rahr played a great all around game. For the Bricklayers, Jack Champagne was the high scorer with 10 points. Phil Reynolds had 6 assists and Tom Bauer had 8 rebounds.
Heat 52, Nighthawks 44: For the Heat, Justin Devellis was the high scorer with 24 points and 8 rebound. John Meyers had 6 assists, Spencer Brindley had 3 steals and Ryan Errico had 6 rebounds and 4 points. Ryan Rosenberger had a big 3-pointer. Nick Madden had 6 rebounds and 5 blocks. Colton Spasta had 10 points. For the Nighthawks, Mike Scharfenberg was the high scorer with 15 points. Matt Wood had 3 assists, Brock Chimileski had 2 steals and Nick Norberg had 9 rebounds.
