Nancy H. Torok

Dedicated To Family

Nancy H. (Repasi) Torok, 57, of Fairfield, died March 4. Born and raised in Bridgeport, she spent most of her life as a resident of Fairfield.

Her beloved husband of 40 years, John Torok, Sr; three loving children; and four brothers, including James Repasi, and his wife, Sally of Newtown; and several nieces and nephews survive her.

Her home away from home was the Chat and Chew Coffee House at the Fairfield Train Station, where her infectious smile greeted “her train family” customers for more than a decade.

Ms Torok enjoyed the many Hungarian traditions that were offered throughout her community. She was an avid bingo player and camper, and enjoyed taking long drives with her family.

A caring and loving person, her inner strength was an inspiration to everyone who knew her. Those who knew her loved her and always will.

Funeral services were held March 9. Burial was in Mountain Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport.

Memorial contributions may be made to St Vincent’s Medical Center’s Foundation, 2800 Main Street, Bridgeport CT 06604.
