Irish Jewish Mishmash March 20

SOUTHBURY — The 7th Annual Irish Jewish Mishmash at the Love & Knishes Lunch Program in Southbury takes place this year on Tuesday, March 24, at noon.

Connecticut’s former State Troubadour, Pierce Campbell, will be the featured entertainer at a lunch with Irish music, kosher food, and a lot of fun. Pierce is a much sought-after singer/ guitarist who hails from Woodbury.

Besides performing solo, he is a member of the Kerry Boys and the Funky Butt Jazz Band, and he also has five CDs to his credit.

All area adults aged 60 and over are welcome to reserve a spot for this program, which takes place in the social hall at the Jewish Federation, 444 Main Street North.

Reservations should be made by March 20. The suggested lunch donation is $7 for those aged 60 and better and $9.50 for those under 60.
