Collecting DVDs  For The Troops

Troop 796 from Head O’ Meadow School are collecting gently used or new DVD movies for military troops overseas.  Newtown can show its support and appreciation by providing a little bit of entertainment for the soldiers, who have very little or no access to movies that enjoyed here everyday.

If those wishing to donate, there will be a collection box in the Main Office of Hawley School, Head O’ Meadow School, Reed Intermediate School, and at the circulation desk on the main floor of Booth Library.
