A 22-year-old Newtown resident died following a crash on Toddy Hill Road around 5 am, Sunday, February 28. The male was the sole occupant in the 1999 Ford Explorer that had been traveling north on Toddy Hill Road when it crashed in the area of Quarry Ridge.
