On your Second Anniversary in Heaven

We thought of you today but that is nothing new.

We thought of you yesterday and the day before too.

We think of you in silence and often speak your name.

Now all we have is memories and your picture in a frame.

It breaks our hearts to lose you, but you didn’t go alone.

A part of us went with you, the day God took you home.

You will never be forgotten, but always loved and sadly missed.
