Forum On Women’s Health

NEW MILFORD — A forum on Women’s Health: Heart, Breast, Nutrition and Exercise will be held at New Milford Hospital on Tuesday, March 15, at 6:15 pm.

A heart health risk assessment and breast health demonstration will be included. The program will be offered by Suzanne Lefebvre, MD.

Dr Lefebvre said that throughout the many stages of a woman’s life, she experiences many health care issues. Women need to know their risk factors for heart disease, breast cancer, osteoporosis, and many other diseases. She will discuss signs and symptoms, treatment options, and the importance of diet and exercise. She also will give tips on critical questions for women to ask their doctors.

The program is free and open to the public. It will be held in the hospital’s Robison Conference Rooms. Preregistration is requested by calling 860-350-7215.
