Kent House

Sometime between 11:30 am and 1:20 pm on March 6, someone climbed a fence and then broke a window at Kent House at Fairfield Hills, police said. Damage is estimated at $50. Police ask anyone with knowledge of the incident to contact them at the police station at 3 Main Street, telephone 203-426-5841.

Sandy Hook Accident

At about 3:38 pm on March 1 , motorist Louis Albert Fenaroli, 18, of 32 Winton Farm Road was driving a 2001 Ford Crown Victoria sedan and attempting to take a corner, but lost control of the vehicle, after which it rolled over at the intersection of Walnut Tree Hill Road and Alberts Hill Road, police said.

Newtown Volunteer Ambulance Corps members treated Fenaroli for injuries at the scene, but he refused transport to a hospital, police said. Sandy Hook firefighters responded to the accident.

Police said they issued Fenaroli an infraction for traveling too fast for conditions, making a restricted turn, and failure to wear a seatbelt.
