Sheila O’Connor and Thomas Fitzpatrick IV

Janice Phelan and Michael E. O’Connor of Newtown announce the engagement of their daughter, Sheila Phelan O’Connor, to Thomas J. Fitzpatrick IV, son of Thomas J. Fitzpatrick III of Las Vegas and Jackie and Lance Roberts of Columbus, Ohio.

Sheila is a 2002 graduate of Newtown High School, and a member of the College of Wooster, Wooster, Ohio, Class of 2006. She is employed as band and choir director at Sandusky Catholic School in Sandusky, Ohio.

Thomas is a 1998 graduate of Bonanza High School in Las Vegas, and a 2002 graduate of College of Wooster, Wooster, Ohio. He is currently a third year law student at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University.

An August 2008 wedding is being planned.
