ADEPTUS ANNOUNCES CLOSING SALE

/gs set 4/30 #737872

WASHINGTON DEPOT, CONN. — Adeptus Arts Glass Gallery & Studio will be closing its doors May 31 due to outside issues. Adeptus will host a sale on all small item inventory and all blown glass and inflated steel sculpture prices, negotiable through May.

Owners Timothy Hochstetter and Kelly Munn moved Adeptus Arts to 38 Bee Brook Road in the spring of 2004, building a state-of-the-art glass blowing facility. During the past four years, Adeptus has become a local hub of inspiring and resourceful ideas for artists, architects, designers and collectors. The studio/gallery has been appreciated for the vital culture it has brought to Washington Depot. Munn and Hochstetter would like to thank the community and clientele who have helped to make Adeptus Arts such a creative success.

“We are looking at the move as an opportunity for change and the beginning of the next chapter in Timothy’s artistic career,” said Munn.

Hochstetter’s custom commissioned sculptural and architectural work has been sought after nationally. His sculptures adorn the local Mayflower Inn & Spa.

Hochstetter will continue his pursuit as a sculptor from an as-yet undisclosed private studio. He can be reached at information@adeptusarts.com.
