Newtown United Methodist Church is planning its next drive-thru dinner event, and reservations are due on Monday.

A corned beef and cabbage dinner is being offered through curbside pickup on Saturday, March 13. Dinners will be ready for pickup from the lower lot of the church, 92 Church Hill Road in Sandy Hook, between 4 and 7 pm.

Each will include corned beef brisket, garden salad (no dressing), cabbage, potatoes, carrots, a roll, and assorted cookies. Those with allergies should note the cookies will be an assortment, and may contain peanuts. Those making reservations are asked to note allergies when placing their orders.

A gluten-free dessert is also available upon request.

Cost is $14, or $13 for senior citizens, and orders must be placed by Monday, March 8.
