Nest Box Workshop At Library

Mike Amodeo, environmental educator from Flanders Nature Center & Land Trust, will host a Blue Bird Nest Box Workshop for families at the C.H. Booth Library, Thursday, March 11, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.

The boxes are cut from long-lasting red cedar and predrilled for easy assembly. The two-hour program includes an informative talk on the Eastern blue bird, as well as hands-on assembly of a nest box to take home.

The workshop is a parent/child activity, especially good for children over the age of 10.
