Police charged Kelly Kuznicki, 17, of Brookfield on a warrant on February 28, listing the offenses of failure to respond to an infraction and simple trespassing.
The trespassing charge stems from a September 2004 incident, according to police. Police released Kuznicki on $92 bail for a March 15 appearance in Danbury Superior Court.
Danbury Man
Police report they charged Ramon Tavarez, 50, of Danbury on a warrant on March 1, listing a charge of failure to maintain automotive insurance.
The charge stems from a November 2004 automobile accident, police said. Police released Tavarez on a promise to appear in court March 15.
Buttonball Drive
After investigating a January 1 one-car accident on Buttonball Drive in Sandy Hook, police sought and received an arrest warrant for the motorist involved in the crash.
Police said that on March 1 they charged William McLaughlin, 21, of 38 Buttonball Drive with evading responsibility and with third degree criminal mischief.
Police said that on the morning of January 1, McLaughlin was driving a 1996 Chevrolet Beretta eastward on Buttonball Drive, when the vehicle slid off the right side of the road while making a curve. The auto struck curbing, two shrubs, and a stone wall and also tore up a 38-foot-long section of lawn at 35 and 39 Buttonball Drive, police said.
McLaughlin posted $50 bail for a March 16 court appearance.
